NOTICE: Ian will only be accepting corporate client appointments March 7th – March 17th. If you are a corporate client seeking an appointment during that time, please email info@cataxservices.com or call the office at 925-462-0538 to make an appointment.

Reminder: We require you to give us your 2024 tax related documents 1 week prior to your appointment. You can either email them to info@cataxservices.com, drop them off in person or upload it to your Client Portal. If you do not have a Client Portal & are interested, please email info@cataxservices.com or send a request through our website.

Monday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

Wednesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm

If you need to visit us outside of Monday or Wednesday, please set up an appointment in advance.
