Meetings this year will only be for 30 minutes. If you feel you will need 1 hour, please call the office at 925-462-0538 or email info@cataxservices.com.
We are no longer accepting online appointment booking for the rest of the 2023 tax season. Please call the office to make your appointment.
Reminder: We require you to give us your 2023 tax related documents 1 week prior to your appointment. You can either email them to info@cataxservices, drop them off in person or upload it to your Client Portal. If you do not have a Client Portal & are interested, please email info@cataxservices.com or send a request through our website.

Our out-of-season office hours are:
Monday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Wednesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
If you need to visit us outside of Monday or Wednesday, please set up an appointment in advance.
From February 25 – April 1st our hours are:
Monday – Saturday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
